My promotion code does not work, how do I apply my discount?

No worries, just contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of your order and we’ll apply your discount code and applicable discount to your purchase.

How to Pay

I haven't received a confirmation email

Your confirmation email is typically sent within 20 minutes of ordering. If you haven’t received your confirmation email yet first check your email spam folder. If you still didn’t receive your email just contact us at [email protected] with your name and email address you entered during your order and we will resend your confirmation email.

How can I return something?

We stand by all the products in our shop. But if for any reason you aren’t satisfied, you are free to return your product within 15 days of purchase for a full refund MINUS the cost of original shipping.

As the buyer you are responsible for the cost return of shipping. Please email us before your return so we can provide a return address and get the information we need to smoothly process your return such as your tracking number on the return shipment.

You can choose to get an exchange, return credit on a gift card, or a full refund minus shipping cost to your Paypal or credit card.
