Ladbrokes.com, I’m not sure if this site has had a recent revamp or not but it certainly looks a lot better and a lot more appealing than when I was on it a couple of weeks ago. The first things that automatically grabs the attention of the eye is a nice big advert promoting seven big things that they wish to promote at this specific time.
The first one being that they have different odds and special bets available on the international friendly game between Spain and England on Wednesday evening, despite it being two days away, people will already be willing to bet money on this game as it is such a big deal, especially when England are playing. The second promotion on the advert is for ladbrokespoker.com, this is an animated advert and is very appealing, at first we see a poker chip heading towards the screen followed by 2/3 different shots of money and possible winnings of huge amounts, this makes the possible member think that they can win this money, hence they click the link, sign up and try to win big!
The third thing on this advert is the new games section of the website that they are promoting, this is for people who like to bet but maybe don’t understand the odds etc, the biggest picture to attract people is the Deal or No Deal box, because this is huge at the minute it is extremely likely to attract new possible members. The remainder of the advert is made up of promotions for Lucky Loft, a fantasy league, www.ladbrokes.com casino and finally another casino ad.
